Can’t even book because the phone number doesn’t work? Pretty low class for Hilton, even a Hampton Inn because I’m usually pretty pleased with them honestly. Solution from the bright owner was to call the number that I just said no one was answering. 🤓 Why don’t you actually wake up this morning and staff your hotel, genius?

This is easily the best hotel in the area. The staff is friendly, the room was exceptional. I have honestly never had a bad experience with a Hilton. I have, however, stayed at other hotels in the area, and didn’t last 15 minutes before leaving and demanding a refund. The other hotels might be cheaper, but I don’t think the cost here is bad personally and remember you get what you pay for. I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about this hotel.

8-26-23 through 8-27-23 Wonderful Stay!!!! This is the BEST hotel in New Iberia! It has a beautiful lobby. Walking into the hotel feels like you're at a premier resort. Everything was clean and fresh in the rooms. The attendants were friendly. The location is great, too. If you want a nice stay, book those hotel instead of the other ones in the area. Great breakfast, too. They are one of the few hotels to still have a waffle maker. I had one of the best overnight stays, and I will continue to book here in the future as my companion and I do local things in the future.

Only way to describe this room is "moist". The AC doesn't work, I can't adjust it. The fan is off and no switch in sight where the front desk said it would be (or anywhere). With the air not working, the floor even feels wet. Dirty sheets. Dirty shower. Waited 3+ hours for maintenance and housekeeping. Phone doesn't work to call down.

I would not recommend staying here. Before I even set foot in the door, I was greeted by a lady, who for some reason, decided that it was her mission in life to treat me like a criminal. But it's ok, her brand of discriminatory comments were only meant as "jokes". I don't understand why such a person is in charge of dealing with the public, but there are definitely better places to stay.

Superior quality here. The rooms are huge and very very new like and clean. The overall look and feel is like a brand new hotel. Great versatile fitness center and right down to the excellent breakfasts! The staff are really amazing. Fun, friendly and super helpful. 100% my preferred place to stay! The pricing always amazes me. Such a really fair and low price for high quality!!! If you are trying to decide here or someplace else, save yourself the hassell and come here.

The worst experience ever. I booked 6 rooms, 2 have no hot water, 2 have wasps nest, 1 toilet doesnt flush, 2 had not been cleaned, i had no towels, ac leaked and wet the carpet in a new room, ...we were moved to different rooms so often my app stop updating....and me and my cousin got stuck in the elevator and had to call 911.
